CHALLENGE

Marshall Lawn and Landscape is a small business that is expanding its target service areas. As a small business in the market, MLL is looking to establish company presence and increase brand awareness amongst the marketplace. They want a website that provides an understanding of their services and offers a method of communication to customers.

SOLUTION

In order to improve brand awareness in the emerging regions, digital strategy planning is required. To get started, an analysis of the current sales funnel, company objectives and market research will be completed. With an understanding of the user’s needs, I will use high quality photos, visible contact information and SEO keywords to boost the company’s presense.

USER EMPATHY MAP

I conducted a contextual interview to gather insights on the user and used this information to create an empathy map. An empathy map is used to articulate what we know about the user in order to created an understanding of the user needs and purposes.

INFORMATION ARCHITECHTURE

Information architecture is a blueprint of the design structure which can be generated into wireframes and sitemaps of the project. It aims to organize content so that users can easily adapt to the website functionality.
